24-hour Costco Pharmacy locations
Costco does not operate any 24-hour locations. Pharmacy counters close earlier than the warehouse and are dark all day Sunday at most clubs.

Costco Member Prescription Program — savings program
The Costco Member Prescription Program (CMPP) gives Costco members discounted cash prices on a wide list of generics and brand medications when paying without insurance. There is no separate fee — eligibility is included with any Costco membership.
Costco Pharmacy is also one of the few chain pharmacies that does not require a Costco membership to fill an outside prescription paid through insurance, per federal law in most states. Membership is required only for cash-pay discounts.
