24-hour Publix Pharmacy locations
Publix does not operate 24-hour stores. Pharmacy counters close one hour before the surrounding store and are closed by 6pm on Sunday.

Publix Pharmacy Free Medication Program — savings program
Publix Pharmacy fills several common medications free of charge with a valid prescription, including up to a 90-day supply of metformin (immediate-release), lisinopril, amlodipine, and the generic versions of amoxicillin, ampicillin, ciprofloxacin, penicillin VK, sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim, and more.
The free program does not require a club membership or coupon. Generic Lipitor (atorvastatin) is offered at a flat $7.50 for a 90-day supply, undercutting most insurance copays for the same script.
