Search by ZIP code and filter for "Open 24 hours" — only locations that are truly 24/7 receive that designation. Locations marked "open late" are not 24-hour stores; they typically close between 10:00pm and midnight.

Even at confirmed 24-hour CVS stores, the pharmacy counter itself may close earlier than the front of the store. Look for the separate "Pharmacy hours" line on the location page — if it shows "Open 24 hours," a pharmacist is on-shift around the clock and the counter will fill prescriptions overnight.
